Thomas Gibson of Paoli, Oklahoma was born on October 7, 1960 in Florala, Alabama to Odie and Clara Nell (Varner) Gibson and passed from this life on February 26, 2007 at Paoli, Oklahoma at the age of 46 years. Thomas grew up Paoli and graduated from Paoli High School. Thomas excelled in football while in school. After graduating he began a career in the oil field industry. He loved to fish and ride motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. Mr. Gibson is survived by; Son – Thomas Allen Gibson of Enid, Oklahoma Daughter – Jenni Gibson of Russia His love and special friend, Connie Fajt of Paoli Mother – Clara Nell Gibson of Paoli Sister – Peggy Tyler and her husband, Wesley of Paoli Brothers – Farrel Gibson and his wife, Phyllis of Wynnewood; Jody Gibson and his wife Aline of Paoli; Gerald Gibson and his wife Cindy of Cameron; Tony Gibson and his wife Robin of Paoli; Odie Gibson, Jr. of Pauls Valley; Billy Gibson and his wife Tamy of Paoli; Paul Gibson and his wife Rochelle of Clanton, Alabama; Dale Gibson and his wife Staci of Enid; Michael Gibson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida All his nephews and nieces who had their special place in his heart Mr. Gibson was preceded in death by his father, Odie Gibson. Funeral services for Mr. Gibson are scheduled for Friday, March 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the 1st Baptist Church of Paoli with Rev. Tim Duncan officiating. Interment will be in the Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
