Stanley Thrash was born on February 11, 1956 to Lewis Thrash and the late Perfelthia Thrash of Tatums, Oklahoma. He departed this life on Saturday, April 20, 2019. He gave and dedicated his life to Christ at an Early age, and was baptized at Bethel Baptist Church in Tatums, Oklahoma. He attended and graduated from Fox high school, then pursued his auto mechanic license and graduated from American School of Mechanics in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in his death by his brother, Reginald Thrash, and great nephew Zaylen Jones.
His memory is carried on with his children: a daughter, Geonetta Gelzhiser and her husband (James Gelzhiser), a son Jermaine Thrash, and daughter Angel Manuel. Grandchildren Stephanie Wade and her husband (McKenzie Wade), Markel Thrash, Eddie Thrash, Tamria Thrash, Dareance Thrash, and Syreena Thrash. Great-grandchild, Zeryah Marie Wade.
Siblings: Carolyn Breath and her husband (Estus Breath), Yvonne Thrash Jones, Denise Hurley, Lewis Thrash, Jr., and wife (Resheeda Thrash). Sylvia Thrash, Pamela Williams, and her husband (Patrick Williams), He has a host of nephews and nieces.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Tatums, Oklahoma with Pastor Paul Lawson officiating.
