Ruby Lee Rankin of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Richard and Maudie (Martin) Howard on August 8, 1921, in Whitebead, Oklahoma and passed from this life on August 17, 2023, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 102 years.
Ruby grew up and attended school at Roady, Oklahoma. On August 26, 1937, Ruby married Carnez Rankin in Roady. She worked as a teachers aid at Elmore City Schools for many years. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Elmore City. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing dominoes and gardening. The highlight of her life was her family.
