Ronnie Lee Bates of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to Charles and Sallie (Elam) Bates on January 1, 1951, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on September 16, 2021, in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years.
Ronnie grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley. He worked as a department manager for many years for Walmart. After his retirement from Wal-Mart, he worked for the Pauls Valley school district as part of the custodial staff for several years. On May 14, 2001, Ronnie married Linda Frost in Purcell, Oklahoma. In his spare time, Ronnie enjoyed reading, music, traveling, food and had an extensive DVD collection. He was especially fond of good old western movies. Ronnie enjoyed life quietly but lived it to the fullest.
