Rajelio Morales, born on September 15, 1955 to Oscar Morales and Odelia Cordova Morales in Calhoun County, Texas. Rajelio moved into the Pauls Valey State school in 1962 where he lived until 2006 when he moved to Norman, Oklahoma. In 2017 he moved to Lawton, Oklahoma to reside in a medically fragile home. One of Rajelio's favorite things to do was to hold those he loved hands, it made him feel safe. He passed away in his home on October 30, 2025 surrounded by his dedicated caretakers who had stayed constantly by his side. Rajelio was survived by his roomates and friends Nate Reed, Ronald Trotter, Walter Durrough, the staff of Community Access, Inc and his guardian Katrina Legler.
