O. C. Frazier Harper was born to O. C. Frazier and Bertha Mae Harper on March 13, 1964 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on November 9, 2019 at the age of 55 years.
O. C. grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley. He then attended Murray State before going to Oklahoma State University. O. C. owned and operated Kolt Fabrication, farmed and harvested pecans. He could do just about anything. O. C. had a work ethic that was unmatched. In his spare time, O. C. enjoyed working, metal artwork, building and restoring old trucks and dancing. On August 31, 2012, O. C. married Brenda Kay Lee in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

Sisters: Patricia Harper, Denise Stafford (Ray), Dalphine Hutcheson, Paula Worley, Ronette DePriest (Darren) all of Pauls Valley, Georgena Frazier, Ineesha Frazier, and Andrea Grant
Grandson: Jaxson Harper-Williams
