Margaret Lee Bowman of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Melvin and Gertrude Jo Ward on January 19, 1951, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on May 4, 2024, in Elmore City, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years.
Margaret grew up in Story, Oklahoma and attended school in Maysville, Oklahoma. She worked many years and retired from Wal-Mart and was a surveillance manager for the Chickasaw Nation. In her spare time, Margaret enjoyed crafting, watching OU and going to their games. The highlights of her life were going to church, her kids and grandkids. Margaret taught others to never give up and always offer forgiveness and love your family.

9 grandchildren: Taylor; Cody; Skylar; Noah; Kearstin; Allan; Luke; Ryan; and Kailee

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the Doyle Community Church with Pastor Jean Patterson officiating.
