Linda Kay Overton was born on September 21, 1954 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Leotta Ruth Felska. Linda passed from this life on August 12, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 69 years old.
Linda attended Wynnewood High School in Wynnewood, Oklahoma and after school she decided to take up some hobbies. Linda loved to color, go fishing, watch Netflix, shopping, and was very much a people person. Linda loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren was very important to her. She always told others to live the way you want to live and don't worry about what others think. If Linda could have changed one thing in her life it would be the ability for her family to have been closer to her. Linda will be missed by so many people who loved her.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Donelle Scott and husband Travis of Del City, Oklahoma; Sister, Carolyn Moore of Del City, Oklahoma; Bonus Daughter, Michelle Phillips-Ayers of Shawnee, Oklahoma; Grandchildren, Hunter Scott and fiancé' Jospeh Ladymon of McLoud, Oklahoma, Cody Taylor of Midwest City, Oklahoma; Great-grandchildren, Kylee Ladymon, Joe "Bubba" Ladymon, Axel Ladymon all of McLoud, Oklahoma; Nieces and Nephews, Carolyn, Cheryl, Kelly, Deanna, Gail, Shannon, Stacey, Gary, Cory, Crystal, Brad, and a host of other family and friends.
Linda is preceded in death by her mother Leotta Hayes; Sister, Reta Bryan; and Brother, Danny Ray Buckaloo.
