Kathy S. Schmidt of Arcadia, Oklahoma was born to Clarence and Daisy (Houge) Buckmaster on May 21, 1944 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 7, 2020 in Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years.
Kathy grew up and attended school in Shawnee, Oklahoma. On September 15, 1962, Kathy married Dean Schmidt in Stillwell, Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing.

Sons: Curtis Schmidt and wife Debbie of Pocola, Oklahoma
Danny Schmidt of Carol Sue of Redman, Oregon
Daughter: Julie Ward and husband Ed of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
2 sisters: Lucille Pixter of California
Ivy Lou of Harrah, Oklahoma
4 grandchildren: Aubrey, Amber, Allyisa, and Crystal
2 great-grandchildren: Zaiden and Eli
