Jessica Don Lash

Jessica Don Lash was born on November 28, 1990, in Ada, Oklahoma, and was raised by her parents, Donald John Lash and Lynn Marie (Gregory) Lash. She passed from this life on May 6, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jessica was raised with a strong spirit and independent nature that stayed with her throughout her life. Growing up, she loved playing basketball, spending time with animals, and expressing her creativity through arts, crafts, and drawing. As she got older, she enjoyed playing video games and later developed a love for tattoos and self-expression. Jessica graduated from Duncan High School in 2009. She spent much of her working life in retail, and of all her jobs, she especially loved working at PetSmart because of her deep love for animals. She also enjoyed running with her friends, being on the go, and spending time driving around in her car. Jessica was known for being a true go-getter who lived life with determination. She was also known for making delicious chicken enchiladas, a meal many will fondly remember. Above all else, the greatest highlight of Jessica’s life was her mother, whom she loved deeply. Jessica will be remembered for her strong will, creative spirit, love for animals, and the unique personality she brought into the lives of those around her. She leaves behind family and friends who will cherish her memory always. Jessica is survived by her father, Donald John Lash; Brothers, Colby Kesler of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Zaiden Caldwell of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Emanuel Caldwell; Sisters, Phoebe Caldwell of Maple Valley, Washington, Prudence Caldwell of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Piper Caldwell of Springer, Oklahoma; Uncles, Robert Lash, Gary Lash, Terry Erwin; Aunts, Lesley Wade and husband Frank of Stratford, Oklahoma; Biological Father, Richard Caldwell; Biological grandparents, Les Caldwell and wife Candice of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Violet Gergory; and a host of other friends and family. Jessica was preceded in death by her mother, Lynn Marie Lash; Grandparents, Wesley Lash and Leona Lash; and her Maternal Grandfather. Graveside services for Jessica were held in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026.
