Jennifer Dawn Jones of Medicine Park, Oklahoma was born on February 2, 1977 to Don and Joyce Sumner in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. She passed away from this life after a long, hard, courageous battle with cancer for 17 months on Monday February 14, 2022.

Jennifer graduated from Pauls Valley High School May 1995. She worked as a nurse at Pauls Valley General Hospital and Arbuckle Memorial Hospital in Sulphur. After some medical issues it ended her nursing career. Then she worked as a landscaper up until she was diagnosed with cancer September 2020.

Jennifer's love for kitty cats and her grandchildren was like no other. Oh did she love those grand babies, nieces, and nephews. She touched everyone's life she ever came in contact with. She loved the outdoors and fishing. She was tough on the outside but one of the gentlest souls you could ever meet. She will truly be missed by so many.

She is survived by her husband of the home Terry Jones, daughter McKynzy Epperson and husband Cory of Amber, OK
Step daughters Mary Jones of Lawton, OK Terry Jones, step son Joseph Jones, 3 brothers: Jeffrey Sumner wife Ann of Purcell, OK Chad Sumner wife Belinda of Paoli, OK Lance Sumner of Paoli, OK 1 sister Dana Sumner of Pauls Valley.
Host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at Whitebead Cemetery Thursday February 17, 2022 at 11:30am under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
