James Albert Jarrels was born on July 20, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio to Ralph Albert and Helen Marie (Lockhart) Jarrels. James passed from this life on August 31, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Jim was a hardworking and loving spouse, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be missed deeply by his friends and family. Jim had a rich diverse life. He served in the Army and was proud of his military associations. After his service, he pursued a career as a truck driver, owning his own business and later worked as a security officer. Jim's dedication and commitment were evident in all aspects of his life.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Teresa A. Jarrels; and their children, Patrick and Billea Jarrels and Derek and Dawn Jarrels. Jim's legacy also lives on through his grandchildren, Julian Jarrels, Angel Jarrels, Kayla Jarrels, Mathew Jarrels and Antoinette Jarrels, as well as his great-grandchildren, Devon, Scarlet, Jordan, Parker, Payton, Ada, and Alma.

Memorial Services for Jim will be on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma with Pastor Newton officiating.
