James Carr of Hennepin, Oklahoma was born to Billy Eugene and Faye Maxine (Steeds) Carr on August 18, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed from this life on April 2, 2022, in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years.
James grew up and attended school in Bethany, Oklahoma. He worked for the City of Oklahoma City for 29 years as a mechanic. He married Diane Lewis twice: January 21, 1984, and again on August 8, 2008. James was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and dirt track racing.
