Hugh Webster Scroggins was born July 15, 1943 to James and Clara Scroggins in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, He Graduated from wynnewood in 1962. He met the love of his life Mikki Pitchford. Shortly after, they married on March 28, 1966 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. They were married 57 years, he was the father of six children, Hugh settled in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma where they raised their children. While raising their children, he enjoyed taking them camping, fishing and skiing in his free time. He worked most of his life as a mechanic. He retired from Wayne Edison as a transmission technician, he continued on by mowing lawns and doing landscaping. But if anyone asked him he would always say," Everything is cop-esthetic." He was preceded in death by his wife Mikki, both his parents James and Clara Scroggins, one brother Roy Scroggins and one granddaughter Tiffany Dudley. He is survived by a brother
Bobby Scroggins, a sister Hazel Barnett and his six children, Richard, Robby, Rita, Reba, Randy, and Rhonda. He has leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren also he has two fur babies, Missy and Pearl.
