Hubert Ray Parrott of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Leo and Ruby lee (Kent) Parrott on June 10, 1956 in Ardmore, Oklahoma and passed from this life on November 21, 2020 in Elmore City, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years.
Hubert enjoyed being with others, especially his family. The highlight of his life was the time spent with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed talking on the phone, cooking, playing bingo, and making others laugh. Hubert taught others how to love unconditionally, have fun, and enjoy life.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Light of the World Pentecostal Church in Pauls Valley with Rev. Jerry Pyle officiating.
