Obituary

Entered this life exactly at 40 weeks on August 17, 2023 in a "hurry" arriving at 12:22 p.m. in Norman, Oklahoma and entered his eternal life shortly thereafter. Although his life here was short his impact was huge. He was PERFECT and LOVED and was met at the gates of heaven with open arms from our heavenly father. We can rest assured that he is being spoiled by his grandparents and other family members that have gone before him to prepare him a perfect place.

Hextyn is survived by his parents: Nate and Kylie Harrington
and sister Harper Grace Harrington. And a multitude of family and friends.

Hextyn, as your mother I knew our mornings would be chaotic, I had plans of having you cared for before we ever woke your crazy sister Harper up for school. I needed your help to manage your sister, I needed you to teach her how to eat "real food" and to sleep in her own bed. I was buying and preparing for you even before you were conceived. I worried that you didnt have enough newborn clothes but your grandmothers made sure you had everything you needed upon arrival, your closet was full of the best of everything. As a family we had many things planned to do, I had picked out the best stroller combination for you and your sweet sister to take out on all our "outings". Harper told your Dad that he could take you hunting because she didnt really like it anyways. Nate was excited not to be the only male in the home, he needed someone on " his side" because he always lost all the arguments. He was ready to hold you and watch deer hunting shows on tv and teach you all the things he is so great at.

Harper:
Hextyn you were a great lil brother, and you had my dads hair and was super cute and you were handsome just like my Dad. I cant wait to see your eyes again. I hope you are having fun in Heaven and make sure you are feeding Flame all her snacks and that you are getting all the snacks you want too.
Your big sister will be there soon to hold you in my arms forever. I love you.

We long to see his beautiful face and to hear that sweet voice, and someday we will. We appreciate all the messages, prayers, food and donations it has helped lift the burden during this difficult time.
