Obituary

Dustin Dewayne Gallup was born on September 26, 1983 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He was raised in Stratford, Oklahoma by Patrick Steven Gallup and Ellen Jo Frizell (Newberry). Dustin passed away on October 29, 2022 in Paoli, Oklahoma. Growing up Dustin loved fishing, hunting, and anything having to do with being outdoors. He really enjoyed building things and working on cars and tractors when he had the chance. He loved any sort of mechanical tinkering he could get his hands on, and especially loved riding horses with his Pappy and brother. He was a free spirit who didn't like being tied down and that showed in his love for traveling all over the United States. Some of the greatest times in his life were spent making memories with his daughter, Marley Gallup. Dustin would always be late picking Marley up because their thing was, he always went to get her a McDonald's Happy Meal before getting her. He always took her to the movies the day they came out, even though she would always fall asleep during them, they loved it so much. Dustin was also a 3rd degree Mason, and he was always very proud of following in his Pappy's footsteps.
Dustin is survived by his daughter; Marley Irene Gallup of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, his parents; Steve Gallup of Stratford, Oklahoma and Ellen Frizell of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, his brother; Donald Cole Gallup and wife Madison of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, his Stepsister; Cheyenne Short and husband Jarrod of Chickasha, Oklahoma, his biological father Jeffery Irving Stringer of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, and mother of his daughter; Tiffani Cain of Wynnewood, Oklahoma.
Dustin is preceded in death by his brother; Chad Allen Stringer who passed as an infant, his grandparents; Donald Wayne and Rita Jo Newberry, his step-father; Brian Frizell, and his cousin; Stanley Dewayne English.
