CHARLES RAY BASHAW
Charles Ray Bashaw was born on May 23, 1940 in Ashdown, Arkansas to Johny Peter and Noma Lee (Puckett) Bashaw. Charlie passed from this life on Monday, March 1, 2021 in Lawton, OK at the age of 80 years.
Charlie spent his childhood days in Ashdown, Arkansas. Charlie joined the U.S. Navy and retired from military service in l967. He then worked in law enforcement as an investigator for the federal government, retiring in 1976.
Charlie is survived by:
2 sons – John Bashaw of Pauls Valley, OK and Marty Bashaw and wife Sarah of Lawton, OK
Sister – Marie Westbrook of County Line, OK
Grandchildren: James, Nicole, and Riley Bashaw and great-grandchildren Zannah and Ramsey.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and wife Emily Marie (Meeks) Bashaw in 2013.
Funeral services for Mr. Bashaw are scheduled for Friday, March 05 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley with Dr. Gregg Baxter officiating. Interment will be in the Mt.
