Carl Shannon Lack was born on March 22, 1971 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Alex Carlos Lack and Janora Jean (Choate) Engles. Carl passed from this life on Sunday, January 7, 2023 in the comfort of his home in Wynnewood, Oklahoma at the age of 51.
Growing up Carl enjoyed playing video games like most little boys do, he spent a lot of his time with his Aunt Clara and her family. Carl was a funny guy; he got his humor from his mom. You could tell he was definitely a Momma's boy but looked and acted just like his Dad. Carl went to school up until the 8th grade. He married Brenda Kay Lack on July 21, 1995 and they were married until her passing on February 29, 2004. He then married wife, Jennifer Lack in Lebanon, Tennessee in 2016 and they were married until her passing in August of 2021. Carl spent 14 years as a factory worker at Smith and Sons in Lebanon, Tennessee. In his spare time, he loved to draw and paint before he hurt his hand, and he loved his nickname that he had for his daughter Bonnie which was: Shorty. Carl always used to say, "Don't take anything too seriously, it will get okay again." Carl will be missed by so many.
Carl is survived by his daughter: Bonnie Jean (Meek) Sessums and husband Edward of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, and Mollie Meek of Decatur, Texas, his aunt: Clara Johnson of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and sister: Sarah Lack.
Carl is preceded in death by his parents: Alex Lack and Janora (Engles) Choate, his first wife: Brenda Lack, and his second wife: Jennifer Lack.
