Billy Carl Brown of Wynnewood, Oklahoma was born on November 10, 1942 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Henry and Mattie Lee (Jones) Brown and passed from this life on February 25, 2020 in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years.
He grew up in Garvin county, Roady community and later attended Wynnewood schools. Bill worked at the State school and retired from there. He co-owned and operated Brown's Water Well Service with his brother, Jerry and father, Henry for many years. He enjoyed raising cattle and bottle calves. What Bill enjoyed most in life was riding around with his dogs, Sissy, Daisy, and Lucky and taking them to McDonalds for a treat. The highlights of his life were the times he worked with his family in the well service and time spent with family. Bill rooted for the underdog and taught others to understand that they deserved the best. His desire would have been that his life would have made the world a better place.

Grandchildren: Dewayne, Dustin, Chastity, and Amber
A host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends
