Billie Jean (Newby) Conner of Foster, Oklahoma was born to Otto and Beulah (Covington) Newby on August 16, 1930 in Ada, Oklahoma and passed from this life on October 30, 2018 in Marlow, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years.
Billie grew up and attended school at Ada, Oklahoma. She married J. R. "Fat" Conner and together they made their home in Foster, Oklahoma. Billie worked as an inspector for the USDA. She was a professional barrel racer in the 60's. In her spare time, Billie enjoyed riding horses and cooking.

Daughter: Susan Swanson and her husband, Steve of Garland, Texas
