Ann Caroline Little Beck of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to James Harry and Florence Foster (Stephenson) Little on February 23, 1944 in Criner, Oklahoma and passed from this life on July 09, 2022 in Norman at the age of 78 years.
Caroline graduated from Pauls Valley High School in 1962. On August 30, 1964, Ann "Caroline" Little married John Leiu Beck, Sr. in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. She received her bachelor's degree from UCO in Edmond in 1966. Caroline and John moved home to Pauls Valley in December of 1971. She was a water aerobics instructor for American Red Cross for twenty plus years, and then went to work for the City of Pauls Valley as a water aerobics instructor at the Bosa Community Pool. She retired from the City of Pauls Valley in December of 2019. In her spare time she helped John on the family farm until his passing in 2019. She was a faithful member of the First Christian Church.
Caroline enjoyed being outside tending to the garden, watching the family harvest crops from the field, spending time with her three grandchildren, taking her daily half mile walk down the road (yes, even on her walker), and most importantly she enjoyed reading her Bible and daily devotionals. She was very appreciative of her outings with Tyra Watts whether that be to Bible study, grocery shopping, or to dinner.
Mrs. Beck is survived by her son William "Steve" Beck and wife Kim of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and their three children; Steven Kyle Beck and Sean Aaron Beck of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Shania Ann and husband Matt Taylor of Tuttle, Oklahoma; son John Lieu Beck, Jr. of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; daughter Ann Marie Beck Peters and husband Jerry of Cape Fair, Missouri; brother, Jim Little, Jr. and wife Beth of Lexington, Oklahoma; sister, Lucille Ensey of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Nancy Lewis of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.
Mrs. Beck was preceded in death by her spouse John Lieu Beck, Sr. and parents, James and Florence Little.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Steven Beck, Sean Beck, Matt Taylor, Chris "Coach" Caldwell, Randy McGee and Jacob Williams.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Pauls Valley. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send a condolence to the family at www.woosterfuneralhomes.com
