Johnnie Ray Prewitt of Edmond, Oklahoma was born to Delbert and Stella Mae (Tallent) Prewitt on December 8, 1933 in Fitzhugh, Oklahoma and passed from this life on August 9, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years. Johnnie worked as a brick layer and a foundation installer for Rollaway Homes in Stratford. On August 4, 1951, he married Betty Jo Lewis in Oakdale, Oklahoma. In his spare time, he enjoyed bluegrass, dominoes, moon, playing guitar, mandolin, and banjo. Mr. Prewitt is survived by: Wife: Betty Jo Prewitt of the home Sons: Johnny W. Prewitt and Siritip of Edmond, Oklahoma Kevin Prewitt and Karla of Newcastle, Oklahoma Daughter: Brenda Stacy and Greg of Carrollton, Georgia 2 brothers 4 sisters 6 grandchildren: Debbie Prewitt of Davis, Oklahoma Mark Matthews (Heather) of Ada, Oklahoma Jessica Vest (Daniel) of Manistee, Michigan Brandon Prewitt (Heather) of Ada, Oklahoma Kyler Prewitt (Jessie) of Newcastle, Oklahoma Kodey Prewitt (Elizabeth) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 14 great-grandchildren: Legend, Lily, Logan, Lexi, Aaralyn, Hailey, Zoe, Hayden, Zander, Chloe, Jemma, Remi, Sutton, and Oak Mr. Prewitt was preceded in death by: His parents: Delbert and Stella Prewitt 2 brothers and 2 sisters Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley.
