Holmes Calvin Prince of Pauls Valley, OK was born to Grant C. and Ida (Hurd) Prince in Hennepin, OK on May 23, 1943 and entered eternal life in Ardmore, OK on February 5, 2021 at the age of 77 years. Holmes graduated from Pernell High School and later from Okmulgee State College in Okmulgee, OK. He worked for SORC where he was a Unit Supervisor. Holmes was a person who enjoyed time spent visiting with family and friends. He was a good listener. His demeanor demonstrated a desire to understand the words others spoke and to be understood himself. Mr. Prince is survived by: His son: Marcellous Chavez Prince 4 Grandchildren: Chavez Prince, Jr., Kendell Prince, Avani Prince and Kenya Ervin 5 Great-Grandchildren: Luciano, Kyler, Alaijah, Kobryn and Makynzi Funeral services for Holmes Prince are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley with Pastor Brian C.
