Elsie Fay Penrod of Wynnewood, Oklahoma was born to James William and Ruby Bell (Jones) Penrod on September 9, 1919 in Wirt, Oklahoma and passed from this life on April 23, 2014 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma at the age of 94 years. Elsie grew up in Wirt, Oklahoma. She loved playing dominoes and skip bo with her twin sister, Delcie. The highlight of her life was her family. She had many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly that she had a hand in raising. Elsie and her twin sister worked hard from an early age to help raise their brothers and sisters. Ms. Penrod is survived by: Two sisters: Delcie Harris (her twin) of Marlow, Oklahoma Oleta Crawford of Wynnewood, Oklahoma A host of nieces and nephews Ms. Penrod was preceded in death by: 2 brothers and 4 sisters Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, Oklahoma under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
