Donnie Ray Huddleston of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Joe and Mary (Pendley) Huddleston on September 9, 1938, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on May 6, 2022, in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Don grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. During his younger years, Don played football and tinkered with cars with his brother, Joe. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force from 1956 until 1960. On December 25, 1967, Don married Linda Blevins in Pauls Valley. He worked at tinker Air Force Base for many years. He was a member of the American Legion and the Elmore City First United Methodist Church. In his spare time, Don enjoyed woodworking, and yard work. The highlights of his life were his marriage to his sweetheart, Linda Huddleston, spending time with family and friends. Don was a man of many talents and could fix anything. He taught others to let others know that you love them. He would want what was best for others and their happiness, and to be there for each other as he always was. He will be missed. Mr. Huddleston is survived by: Sons: Toby Huddleston, Cayle Womack, and Cliff Womack. 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren A host of family and friends. Mr. Huddleston was preceded in death by: Wife: Linda Huddleston Parents: Joe and Mary Huddleston Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 14, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church in Elmore City.
