Cheryl Dean Hunt-Brown

May 11, 1955 - December 8, 2020

Cheryl Dean Davis Brown Cheryl was born May 11th, 1955 in Paul’s Valley, OK to Murl Alvin Davis and Velma Ann Spain Davis. She left this earth on December 8th, 2020 to join her parents, grandparents, husband and a grand-child in heaven. In her early years she attended Paul’s Valley school and throughout her adult years she worked on and off as a Certified Nurses Assistant to which she took great joy in caring for others in need. As time went on she gave birth to a son, Jayson Bailey and 2 daughters, Casie Hunt Webb and Katie Hunt Popejoy. She was given a total of 6 grandsons- Christian Bailey, JE Bailey, Devin Dunkin, Baer Webb, Gunnar Hunt, Ryder Day 4 granddaughters- Challan Bailey, Delainey Bailey, Daityn Webb, Sophia Webb 4 great grands- Zailey Bailey, Dexley Bailey, Preslee Bailey and Baeden Dunkin. She resided in Garland, TX from 1996 with her late husband Jonnie Brown until his passing. During this time she had made numerous trips back and forth for long term stays with her mother until her passing. After Cheryl’s husband passed she relocated back to Oklahoma to be closer to family. She always had a love for animals and at the time of her passing had 2 fur babies, Molly and Precious. She is survived in death by her children, grand children, great grands listed with the exception of Christian Bailey. She has 1 sister- Connie Davis Peck, 2 step brothers -Eddie and Ronnie Hardcastle, 1 Aunt – Mary Morris, 2 very special nieces- Crystal Dodd and Kerri Rhitemire, amongst other nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and cousins. She had a giggle that made everyone laugh, a sense of humor. It is hard to find words to describe the value of a person’s life but without hers many of us would not have existed. She loved her family with all of her heart. Her words of wisdom were to love and to forgive.
