With heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Kenneth Miguel Gonzalez, who departed this life on July 31, 2025, at the age of 47 in Perris, California. Born on December 31, 1977, in Bakersfield, California, Kenneth lived a life marked by service, compassion, adventure, and faith. Kenneth spent much of his youth in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, where he attended school and began a lifelong commitment to helping others. A proud member of the Boy Scouts, he carried those values of leadership and community into adulthood. His passion for mentoring young people led him to become a camp counselor and coach at the North Carolina Boys Academy, where he inspired many with his warmth, patience, and belief in the power of faith—always reminding others that God loved him, and He loves you too. A man of many talents and endless empathy, Kenneth worked as a Personal Care Assistant at the Pauls Valley Health and Rehab Facility, where he provided comfort and support to the elderly with grace and dignity. He also worked as a driver for Uber, where his easygoing personality and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who rode with him. Kenneth loved the outdoors and found joy in fishing, camping, motorcycles, car shows, and even the thrill of flyboarding. His life was a balance of quiet compassion and thrilling adventure. Kenneth is survived by his daughters, Nevaeh Gonzalez of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Sarai Gonzalez of California; devoted parents, Jose A. Gonzalez and Yvonne Gonzalez; Brothers, Jose III and Buddy of Bakersfield, California, Michael Chambers and Tarran of Washington State; Sisters, Angel Watson and Rodney of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Emerald Ferguson and Chris of Purdy, Oklahoma, Vannessa Gonzalez of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Deborah Gonzalez and Jeremy of Norman, Oklahoma, Karrie Roberts and Randy of Washington State, Shirley Arrington of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Susan Bryant and Craig of Tennessee; Fiancée, Lisa Garrow of New York; Beloved Dog - Trinity Gonzalez of New York ; Good Friends, Yap “Kimo” of California, OD Robbins of Pauls Valley, Oklahoa; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services for Kenneth will be on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma with Sherri Thomas officiating. Services are under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Visitation for Kenneth will be on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
