Donna Kay Stubblefield

Donna Kay Stubblefield was born on February 1, 1948, in Waurika, Oklahoma, to Roy Graves and Vera (Burcham) Harrell. She spent her childhood in the Wynnewood and Davis, Oklahoma, areas and attended school at Woodland through her high school years. On June 5, 1975, Donna married the love of her life, Clinton Stubblefield, beginning a marriage built on love, faith, and family. In her younger years, Donna attended Primitive Baptist Church in Elmore City, Oklahoma, and later attended the Church of Christ in Wynnewood. Donna found joy in quilting and embroidery, creating handmade things for those she loved. She worked for many years in the medical field as a receptionist before serving the Joy and Wynnewood school systems as a teacher's aide and later as a cook. Her family will always remember her delicious fried chicken, which became one of the many ways she showed her love. Above all else, Donna treasured her family. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, sisters, and extended family. She especially cherished the close bond she shared with her sisters, and together they created countless treasured memories filled with laughter and love. Donna believed that family was life's greatest blessing and taught those around her that family comes first and that blood runs thick. She was a devoted mother, loving sister, caring aunt, and a faithful friend to many. Her niece, Brenda Jo, held a particularly special place in her heart, having been raised together in the same household like sisters. Donna also dearly loved all of her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Donna's legacy is one of unwavering love, kindness, devotion, and family. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her welcoming home, her steadfast faith, and the countless lives she touched through her care, compassion, and the love she freely gave to those around her. Donna is survived by her Sons, Ricky Stubblefield and wife Patsy, Randy Stubblefield and wife Susie, Jeff Stubblefield; Daughter, Shelly Roady and husband Darren; Sisters, Joyce Key, Sue Hoffman; Brother and sisters in law, Mary Graves, Bill Gore; Grandchildren, Melinda and Ben Brown, Melissa and Nathan Cosar, Josh and Katherine Stubblefield, Calvin and Leanah Stubblefield, Grace Stubblefield, Molly Stubblefield, Nathan and Ashlee Roady, Jonathan Roady, Ryan Roady; Great- grandchildren, Easton Plisek, Nakose (Bear) Cosar, Rowan Stubblefield, Sunny Stubblefield, Clinton Mac Stubblefield, Knox Stubblefield, Nash Stubblefield, Brylon Roady, Aleigha Roady. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Stubblefield; Parents, Roy Graves and Vera Harrell and husband Sydney; Brothers, DeWayne Graves and wife Lois, Don Graves, Pete Graves, Ray Graves; and sister, Carol Gore.
